This role requires you to work on a W2 basis to fulfill client requirements. W2 Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support LLM agents and tools using Python, TensorFlow, and other cutting-edge machine learning frameworks. Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure along with their AI/ML services to train and deploy models. Implement and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines utilizing vector and graph databases. Establish efficient data processing workflows for cleansing and transforming unstructured data, including text and images. Deploy leading generative AI models, including Gemini, Claude, or various GPT versions in production environments. Collaborate within a structured engineering framework to meet technical and quality benchmarks. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, or 1 year with a Master's degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in machine learning and software development. Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML services for model training and deployment across AWS, GCP, or Azure. Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow, along with familiarity with standard ML libraries for LLM-based applications. Practical experience with generative AI models such as Gemini, Claude, or various GPT variants. Experience with vector databases like Milvus or Postgres, and an understanding of graph databases and representation techniques, including RAG. Demonstrated ability in processing and transforming unstructured data from a variety of sources, including text and imagery. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
