Job Summary As an Overnight Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Assistant and General Manager by effectively managing shifts and embodying the spirit of Live Más. You will take ownership of the shift, proactively addressing challenges and guiding your team toward success. Key Responsibilities Efficient Shift Management: Ensure smooth operations while maintaining Taco Bell's high standards. Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges and know when to seek help to support the team. Team Mentorship: Lead and guide your team members to provide exceptional customer service. Customer Satisfaction: Foster an environment where every customer leaves happy and satisfied. Availability: Must be available to work the closing shift (typically ending between 3:00 am - 5:00 am).
