Key Responsibilities: Create a customer-centered environment and build strong relationships. Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers. Drive personal sales performance while upholding company values and supporting initiatives. Maintain customer relationships post-purchase by addressing any concerns and sending delivery reminders. Stay informed about the competition and the latest market trends. Utilize social media to positively influence brand awareness and boost sales. Be able to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Additional bonuses may be available for eligible leadership or individual contributor roles at the company's discretion. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
