Deal Advisory Manager

To meet our commitment to growth and development, we are looking for a Manager to join our National Deal Advisory practice. Our services include buy-side and sell-side due diligence, working capital assistance, merger integration, and more. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience performing work across an array of M&A engagements. What your day(s) will look like: Work closely with partners and directors to manage activities of financial and tax due diligence engagements. Perform quality of earnings, quality of assets, and working capital analyses. Develop relationships with client senior-leadership teams and target company executives. Communicate due diligence findings in a formal report. Supervise junior staff and provide performance review feedback. What you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline. Active CPA license or in-progress required. 5+ years of professional services experience, with 2+ years of financial due diligence experience. Strong accounting, data analysis, and critical thinking skills. Effective communication skills (both oral and written). Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills. Strong project management skills, ability to run multiple engagements at once.
