Description Are you a strategic financial leader ready to make a lasting impact? RBHA is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide our organization's financial strategy, ensure fiscal sustainability, and support mission-driven growth. Key Responsibilities Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance and planning Lead long-term financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management Oversee budgeting, reporting, audits, and compliance Manage capital planning, investments, and strategic partnerships Serve as the primary financial liaison to internal and external stakeholders Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team Drive innovation through financial systems and technology Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of essential functions, but rather a summary of the exciting and impactful work you'll be contributing to as part of this role.Position Requirements Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations are preferred. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a closely related field is also preferred; however, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership, ideally in healthcare or public behavioral health Proven experience with complex budgets, grants, and regulatory environments Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Expertise in reimbursement systems and value-based care models Why Join Us?
