Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing projects for our Embedded Consulting clients. We seek a proactive and technically skilled professional with extensive knowledge of Oracle Health solutions and best practices. You will have the opportunity to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations, driving projects to successful completion on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of integrated Oracle solutions, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction while meeting schedules and budgets. Mentor and guide cross-functional delivery teams, sharing best practices and addressing obstacles to maintain progress. Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and plans across various projects and sub-projects. Proactively identify risks and issues, developing mitigation plans to ensure project milestones are achieved. Ensure all deliverables align with the statement of work and customer standards for consistency. Provide clear status updates to customer stakeholders and Oracle leadership, ensuring readiness for executive review. Influence customer management decisions to promote adoption and resolve conflicts, leading to positive business outcomes. Collaborate closely with customers to manage expectations during the acceptance of deliverables. Support business development efforts by recognizing new opportunities and building credibility within consulting sales. Oversee change control processes to minimize risks to Oracle. Manage deliverables during transition phases as projects evolve into ongoing support. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in leading technology implementation projects, especially with Oracle Cloud Applications or Technology. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, complemented by a strong executive presence. Expertise in risk management, scope change control, and project financials. Familiarity with Oracle's delivery methodologies and compliance standards. Adept at translating business needs into actionable solutions that align with industry best practices.
