Role Overview As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will leverage your consulting experience and industry knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client requirements. You will operate independently, applying Oracle methodologies and best practices to implement Oracle products and technologies effectively. Your expertise will guide customer engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Identify and document customer value gaps using the proprietary SuiteReview methodology. Drive remediation strategies and collaborate with customers to reach consensus on action plans. Collaborate with customers to tackle top priority gaps and implement solutions. Architect complex solutions, integrating configuration and technical components alongside our Technical Services team. Provide strategic guidance to customers in optimizing their business processes through effective consulting. Define and specify detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations. Work with Technical Services to design, unit test, and visually inspect automations and integrations. Ensure quality deliverables through thorough reviews of team members' work. Stay current with product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Adapt to new AI technologies, incorporating them into consulting practice to enhance customer value. Collaborate with other ACS teams for comprehensive service delivery, including POS, eCommerce, and technical support. Follow business processes that prioritize customer satisfaction and success. Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in relevant domains within NetSuite's core vertical markets, including Supply Chain Management and Distribution. Strong familiarity with NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management. Proven record in business process consulting, with a focus on performance enhancement. 2+ years in an external consulting role with experience interacting with C-suite executives. Experience in defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations. Strong custom development analysis, design, and testing skills. Excellent communication capabilities. Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction. Experience leading projects or teams. A finance or accounting background is a plus. Relevant certifications, including NetSuite ERP Consultant, are preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team possessing various technical, functional, and process-oriented skills.
