As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you will step in post-sale as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring our projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budgetary constraints. In this key position, you will not only lead the development and integration of user interfaces across various platforms but will also harness agile methodologies to create innovative solutions that drive organizational revenue growth. Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to identify requirements and develop critical front-end components and services. Define and oversee project deliverables with a strong emphasis on efficiency. Ensure successful project completion while maintaining comprehensive engagement reports. Actively participate in client meetings as a team member or in a leadership capacity. Travel as necessary to meet client needs. Skills and Attributes for Success Exceptional oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading discussions with diverse audiences. Proven experience in leading discovery meetings to capture system requirements. Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, participating in multiple end-to-end implementations. Experience with Salesforce integrations and various middleware tools. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including APEX APIs and VisualForce. Proficient in configuring Salesforce.com and related workflows. Adept at designing solutions on the Salesforce platform while identifying performance gaps. Experience collaborating with developers on specifications for custom code or data migration. Strong project resource and timeline management skills. Keen eye for risk identification and mitigation strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in implementing Salesforce.com within team settings. Familiarity with relational database concepts. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills. Relevant Salesforce certifications. Willingness to travel as required to meet client demands. Preferred Qualifications Degree emphasis in fields like Computer Science or IT; a Master's degree is a plus. Consulting experience and additional certifications are highly desirable.
