Your mission is to ensure each dish meets our exceptional standards, all while maintaining a clean and organized, high-energy work environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency. Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency. Accurately read and process food tickets for timely service. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Execute menu items with proper technique, timing, and attention to detail. Assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup. Ensure all storage and production areas are organized and maintained. Collaborate with the BOH and FOH teams for seamless service. Adhere to health department sanitation requirements, ensuring a safe kitchen environment. Execute tasks from Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism and enthusiasm. What We Seek: Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or related kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant. Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. A passion for culinary excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
