Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119 Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed, 40-50 hours per week Travel Requirement: Up to 50% Pay: $55,000 - $60,000 salary Job Type: Full-time, Benefits: Employee Discount Employer-Paid Life Insurance Flex Time Off Disability Insurance Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Parental Leave 401(k) with company match Job Summary: Planning Transformation Manager Support & Reporting Report directly to the Planning Transformation Manager, providing regular updates on enablement, communication, and training activities Support the manager in executing the overall planning transformation roadmap, with a focus on change readiness and user adoption Prepare status reports, dashboards, and materials for leadership and steering committee updates Coordinate enablement timelines and deliverables with the broader transformation plan Escalate adoption risks, training gaps, and stakeholder concerns with clear recommendations Support the Planning Transformation Manager in cross-functional coordination across Operations, IT, and business teams Assist in defining and tracking success metrics related to communication effectiveness, training completion, and adoption outcomes Act as a trusted partner to the Planning Transformation Manager by proactively identifying opportunities to improve engagement, learning, and change outcomes Change Enablement & Adoption Support planning transformation initiatives by developing enablement strategies that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption Identify stakeholder impacts and readiness risks; help design mitigation and adoption plans Track adoption metrics and feedback to inform continuous improvement Communications Develop and execute clear, targeted communications for planning transformation milestones, changes, and releases Create communication materials such as emails, FAQs, presentations, intranet content, and executive-ready updates Ensure consistent messaging across functions and stakeholder groups Training & Learning Design, develop, and maintain training materials including job aids, user guides, process documentation, and training decks Coordinate and deliver training sessions (live and recorded) for end users, super users, and leadership Support onboarding and ongoing learning for new planning tools, processes, and capabilities Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between transformation teams and business users to capture feedback and improve user experience Support workshops, demos, and roadshows to promote understanding and engagement Partner with process owners and system teams to ensure training and communications align with solution design Program Support Support transformation project plans with enablement-related milestones and deliverables Maintain documentation repositories and version control for communications and training assets Assist with change impact assessments and readiness reviews Job Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience creating training materials and delivering training to diverse audiences Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft and all tool associated with the platform Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments Key Competencies Change enablement and user adoption mindset Clear, concise communicator Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly materials Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable Additional Requirements Frequent sitting Limited standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling Limited travel or overnight Occasional travel or overnight Frequent travel or overnight; including international Normal or corrected vision and hearing Can distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials Fluency in English is required for training, customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Typically, indoors Typically, in a consistent temperature Lift 0-25 lbs.
