The ReadyNow Program Leader is key to steering the strategic vision and operational success of the ReadyNow initiative. We are seeking an innovative leader who excels in managing the entire recruitment process, from interviewing to hiring, training, and onboarding, ensuring the program thrives. The ideal candidate will display exceptional leadership qualities, a comprehensive understanding of business operations, and a dedication to nurturing talent. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting and Hiring: Lead recruitment by defining talent requirements, creating job descriptions, and overseeing the interview process to attract exceptional candidates for ReadyNow and the CNS Sales team. Interviewing: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they align with the program goals and company culture. Act as a subject matter expert in core ASPIRE competencies during leadership interviews to identify top talent. Training and Onboarding: Develop and implement robust training and onboarding programs that equip new hires with essential skills and knowledge for the ReadyNow Program and CNS Sales. Operational Management: Manage daily operations of the ReadyNow program to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to craft and implement strategic plans that align with program objectives and enhance overall business impact. Lead cross-functional initiatives to promote innovation and growth. Performance Management: Assess and monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support continuous improvement. The role may require up to 60% travel for field interactions with sales staff and clients. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate program initiatives. Represent the ReadyNow program during meetings and presentations, influencing decision-making within Region Leadership. Program Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for program growth to meet evolving business needs. Spearhead the development and rollout of new initiatives within the ReadyNow program and across CNS Sales, ensuring continuous improvement and sharing of best practices within the organization. Expanded Team Management: Oversee multiple regions and provide mentorship to Trusted Advisors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. In-depth knowledge of commercial business operations with a focus on recruitment and talent development. Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and manage teams. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Compensation: Minimum $139,572.00 - Maximum $212,750.00, plus incentive opportunities.
