Job Description The Senior Automotive Repair Specialist will report to the Store and Service Managers, and be essential in executing both basic and advanced vehicle maintenance and repair tasks. You will inspect vehicles for potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure optimal vehicle performance while delivering exceptional customer service. Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Utilizing extensive automotive repair expertise. Delivering top-notch service to our customers. Performing skilled mechanical work and accurately diagnosing vehicle problems. Inspecting, replacing, and repairing defective parts, ensuring preventative maintenance is conducted on automobiles. Continuously updating your technical knowledge to keep pace with the rapidly evolving automotive technology. Exemplifying the company's vision, mission, and core values in every interaction. Following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who possess: A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service, mechanics, or engine diagnostics. ASE Certification is preferred but not mandatory. Personal Technician Tools. A valid driver's license. The ability to operate and drive various vehicles. The capability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service skills focused on building lasting relationships. A readiness to work on Saturdays. The ability to exert 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs frequently, with constant lifting of over 10 lbs. Capacity to work at a production pace involving constant pushing and/or pulling of materials.
