We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Executive leadership within the Data Center Infrastructure organization. You will play a crucial role in managing calendars, coordinating travel, tracking action items, and planning virtual and on-site events, ensuring seamless communication with other leadership and their teams. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Vice President and select members of his leadership team, making immediate and meaningful contributions. Responsibilities Exhibit strong organizational skills and handle highly confidential information with discretion. Demonstrate quick thinking and resourcefulness, ensuring excellent follow-through on tasks. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple inputs (Slack, email, text) while tracking and completing action items efficiently. Prioritize tasks based on the preferences of senior leadership and business needs. Use critical judgment to determine appropriate actions within established processes. Develop a broad network across the organization to facilitate meetings and collaboration among executives. Respond with a sense of urgency and adaptability, maintaining composure in challenging situations. Exhibit persistence and problem-solving skills to meet urgent requests effectively. Handle complex assignments requiring strong judgment and initiative in problem resolution. Collect and prepare sensitive materials for discussions and meetings with staff and external stakeholders. Work independently once established, while fostering a collaborative relationship with the Chief of Staff and Business Operations. Engage with company personnel at all levels to gather information and generate reports, building a supportive network. Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, expense tracking, travel arrangements, and logistics for meetings and office management. Align with OCI’s core values. Minimum Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in executive support or office management. Proactively anticipate and solve problems. Mastery of Outlook calendar management is essential. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Slack. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The hiring range for this position is $27.07 to $54.13 per hour, translating to an annual salary of $56,300 to $112,600, with potential equity eligibility.
