What You Can Expect Zoom is excited to announce a strategic hiring opportunity in our Customer Success division. This global role is an influential leadership position where you will develop and implement the vision for Zoom's Learning Center, building it from scratch to effectively support our customers, partners, and ecosystem. About the Team You will report to the Head of Scaled Success and collaborate at the intersection of product development, customer success, and education. This is an exceptional opportunity to create a lasting legacy by enhancing the way millions of users experience Zoom, driving significant adoption and retention across the globe. Responsibilities Develop and initiate Zoom's Learning Center strategy, infrastructure, and content ecosystem from the ground up. Create a multi-year roadmap for diverse learning experiences catering to end users, admins, partners, and developers worldwide. Establish and monitor success metrics related to adoption, user proficiency, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction, utilizing data insights for continuous improvement of learning experiences. Construct a learning platform that accommodates millions of users across various languages, industries, and use cases. Collaborate closely with Product and AI teams to integrate learning into Zoom's overall intelligent platform through in-product guidance and tailored learning experiences. Work alongside Product, Marketing, Enablement, Partner teams, and Customer Success to align learning strategy with key business goals. Define the creation and delivery of content, as well as learner engagement strategies throughout the customer lifecycle. What We're Looking For A strong ability to build systems, processes, and teams to deliver impact at scale. A customer-centric mindset with a genuine focus on learner experiences, outcomes, and their overall impact. A proven ability to thrive while collaborating across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams. 10+ years of experience in the development or management of large-scale learning management systems (LMS) or learning platforms. Experience in launching learning programs from the ground up in high-growth or enterprise settings. Compensation: Minimum: $126,500.00 Maximum: $276,700.00 In addition to the base salary, Zoom's Total Direct Compensation philosophy includes consideration for base salary, bonuses, and equity value. Note: Starting pay will reflect a number of factors and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Zoom has a location-based compensation structure which may present different ranges for candidates in various locations.
