Senior Associate, International Tax - Transfer Pricing

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team, where you will support clients in navigating a wide array of transfer pricing challenges. You will engage in designing effective transfer pricing policies, preparing compliance documentation, implementing robust transfer pricing processes, and engaging in strategic international tax planning. What your typical day will involve: Conduct client interviews to collect essential information affecting inter-company transaction pricing. Perform economic analyses of intercompany transactions, examining financial data from both third party companies and clients for accurate benchmarking. Compile industry overviews to contextualize clients' operational landscapes effectively. Engage in functional interviews and develop detailed analyses that contribute to comprehensive transfer pricing reports. Organize and summarize client-provided information, take interview notes, and create detailed summaries for team collaboration. Review and edit reports prior to submission to clients. Draft technical memos that articulate the analytical methodology. Manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Contribute to the preparation of presentations, research materials, and knowledge-sharing communications, while participating in practice improvement initiatives. Other responsibilities as needed. What you need to succeed in this role: A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in transfer pricing, with a keen interest in furthering your knowledge in this area. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Go Systems, Bloomberg terminal, and tax research databases is a plus but not necessary. Strong research and technical writing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience with client presentations, allowing for effective communication with clients. Adept at working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
