Join Our Team as a Lead Technical Project Manager! Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We invite you to manage exciting and complex development projects with our dynamic teams. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the implementation of innovative solutions within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple development projects, ensuring they are executed expertly and on time. Oversee the development and implementation of complex, organization-wide systems. Define and manage resource allocations and requirements to optimize project execution. Develop and implement application programs that enhance organizational capabilities. Lead the operational teams in addressing production and processing issues efficiently. Coach and mentor team members, promoting their professional development. Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor across all levels of the organization. Define project scopes, milestones, and objectives, while monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Create detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports for stakeholders. Conduct project meetings, track progress, and perform necessary analyses to meet project timeframes. Review product change requests and communicate necessary process changes clearly to all stakeholders. Oversee management of sub-contractors, including budget management and statement of work (SOW) agreements. Facilitate the evaluation and implementation of both COTS and open-source software packages in diverse environments. Ensure thorough technical documentation is produced and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage project risks while suggesting corrective actions using best practices in Risk Management. Conduct lessons learned sessions post-project completion to extract valuable insights and improve future efforts. Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of proven project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. Experience in leading technology implementations that support business operations. U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to maintain a government-issued security clearance. Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically when evaluating solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presenting project updates effectively. Proven experience in fostering positive client relationships and resolving conflicts. Preferred Skills: Experience in Agile IT development or as a SCRUM Master. Familiarity with Federal Government contracting processes. Knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) standards. Experience with O365 lifecycle deployments and understanding of cloud migration efforts. Proficient in NIST 800-171 Federal Security Protocols.
