Role Overview: In this strategic leadership position, you will significantly impact organizational growth through developing and executing long-term strategic initiatives, performing comprehensive market analysis, and providing actionable insights to senior management. You will leverage your extensive background in technical operations and product strategy, particularly focused on infrastructure and efficiency, to enhance cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that business priorities are met with financial discipline and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership & Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to Product, Engineering, and Sales leaders by translating complex technical roadmaps into strategic business insights. Investment Prioritization: Work closely with Finance & Strategy to deliver essential context for capital and operational expenditure decisions. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key link between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment of long-term infrastructure strategies with broader commercial objectives. Operational Excellence & Data-Driven Strategy: Infrastructure Economics & TCO Modeling: Lead efforts in strategizing, designing, and operationalizing Total Cost of Ownership models to identify cost-reduction opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and promote long-term margin improvements. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs that connect technical performance with business health. Process Engineering: Develop and implement standardized systems for managing changes in complex planning workflows, mitigating risks and managing dependencies effectively. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Significant experience within the semiconductor industry, with a background in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity, followed by experience in a technology company. An adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making abilities, especially when addressing urgent, critical issues. A deep-seated curiosity to continuously learn and inquire. Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to drive business decisions. Experience leading change management within complex organizational settings. Extensive knowledge of the storage industry. Preferred: A degree in STEM fields. MBA or Master's degree. Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Strong leadership and communication proficiency, complemented by sound financial acumen. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and promptness.
