Healthcare Management Reviewer - Part-Time

As a part-time Healthcare Management Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating student project submissions based on a pre-established rubric tailored to each project. Your feedback will be specific, supportive, and aimed at helping students demonstrate mastery in their work. You'll also encourage students to engage and ask questions, fostering a collaborative learning environment. In this remote position, you will: Utilize rubrics and supplemental materials to provide fair and constructive evaluations. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of your assigned curriculum components. Respond promptly to student inquiries and return evaluations within 48 hours of submissions. Collaborate with Associate Deans to proactively reach out to students needing academic assistance. Check your SNHU email daily before starting evaluations. Log work hours accurately in the university system. Participate in the Reviewer online community and attend meetings with managers and team members. Support the validation of academic integrity and address potential violations. Engage in quality assurance and project improvement activities. Uphold student privacy at all times. Qualifications: Master's degree in an applicable subject area. Active RHIA or RHIT certification. Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $23.23 - $37.16, with the target hiring range set at $25.66 - $34.72, tailored to your skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
