CNC Machine Operator and Programmer

Join our motivated team as a CNC Machine Operator and Programmer! We are on the lookout for a talented individual who can excel in handling daily operations as assigned by the plant manager, while also learning to manage the shop effectively. Key Responsibilities: Accurately cut wood to length using saws. Assemble skids and crates with precision. Stage materials for efficient assembly operations. Package finished products securely for shipment. Organize and stock completed items in designated areas. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Conduct regular equipment maintenance. Program and oversee CNC machinery, ensuring smooth operations. Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Repair and adjust equipment as needed to ensure functionality. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 3 years' experience in operating and maintaining wood cutting and assembly equipment. Proficiency in CNC programming and operation. A solid background in carpentry and construction. Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to solve problems. Able to perform skilled work with moderate difficulty. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with co-workers and customers. Experience in leading, directing, mentoring, and supervising team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
