Position Overview Fujifilm is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Lead, Commercial Finance Strategy, dedicated to driving the growth of our Digital Commerce and Photo Products sectors. This pivotal role includes our photo storefronts, Print-to-Retail initiatives, and expanding direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. The selected candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Digital Commerce. In this essential position, you will take ownership of the complete commercial economics, working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate profitable growth. Job Responsibilities Commercial & Unit Economics Ownership Develop and manage product-level unit economics for photo output products including prints, books, calendars, wall décor, etc. Oversee gross margin, shipping margin, and contribution margin modeling. Create detailed cost-to-serve frameworks across products, channels, and regions. Partner with operations teams to analyze and model fulfillment, shipping, and laboratory costs. Pricing, Promotions & Shipping Strategy Evaluate pricing and promotional strategies for their margin and contribution impact. Analyze trade-offs related to free shipping, flat-rate shipping, and thresholds. Provide insights based on data to inform shipping strategies. Establish profitability thresholds for offers and campaigns to safeguard margins. Marketing & CAC Partnership Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to assess customer acquisition costs (CAC), conversion rates, and incremental effects. Connect acquisition costs to contribution margins and customer lifetime value. Align promotional and media strategies with overarching profitability goals. Reporting & Decision Support Create actionable dashboards for gross margin, contribution margin, shipping costs per order, and product unit economics. Contribute insightful analyses to weekly and monthly business reviews. Translate financial findings into recommendations suitable for executive-level consideration. Future-State Enablement Assist in transitioning from a supplier-led model to direct-to-consumer ownership. Help craft commercial frameworks for Print-to-Retail (P2R), marketplace, and partner channels, as well as international expansion. Work closely with Finance leadership to guarantee compliance with accounting and reporting standards. Required Skills/Education 7-10+ years in commercial finance, ecommerce finance, or strategic finance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience supporting consumer, ecommerce, or physical goods sectors. Strong understanding of unit economics, margin analysis, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Proficient in advanced Excel modeling. Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and influence. Desired Skills Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or omnichannel retail. Knowledge of shipping, fulfillment, or supply chain cost modeling. Experience supporting direct-to-consumer or subscription models. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, start-up situations.
