What You'll Do: Lead a Winning Team: Inspire a positive, can-do attitude within your team. Guide your colleagues in areas like food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling. Provide real-time coaching, offering constructive feedback throughout each shift. Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary. Drive Operational Excellence: Train and direct your team to uphold our guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards. Oversee inventory management, vendor check-in, and promotional communications. Ensure smooth execution of key processes like write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation. Facilitate effective communication during shift changes to keep the team aligned. Model Communication & Accountability: Effectively communicate essential updates from leadership to your team. Monitor task completion and provide immediate, constructive feedback to ensure results. Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and collaboration. Lead by example, especially during busy times or challenges, showcasing outstanding leadership. What We're Looking For: 2 - 3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, or food service industries preferred. 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments focused on guest satisfaction. Ability to follow through on tasks and guide others in completing them. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must Haves for this Role: High School Diploma or GED (completed or in progress). Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks without frequent breaks.
