What You'll Do: As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for: Following detailed work orders and assembly instructions meticulously to ensure quality and consistency. Performing hands-on, repetitive assembly of electrical and mechanical components with precision. Organizing and maintaining your workstation efficiently, ensuring materials are readily available for assembly. Using basic tools and sonic welding equipment to accurately solder, wire, and align small parts. Labeling and preparing completed parts for the next step in production for a smooth workflow. Collaborating closely with your teammates to maintain seamless operations and support team success. What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience in assembly, production, or any form of repetitive work (experience in any industry is welcome). Comfort with handling small parts, tools, and basic chemicals such as acetone and Loctite. Good color recognition for working with various wire colors to ensure accurate assembly. A reliable and consistent work ethic - we value dedicated team members who contribute every day. Soldering or mechanical/electrical experience is a plus (we are willing to train the right candidate!). Strong attention to detail and basic math skills (formal education is not required if you possess the skills!). The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Why Join Us in Salem?
