We are seeking a Mixer Associate to join our production team in New Brunswick, NJ. What You'll Do Operate and assist with industrial tilt-bowl mixers on North and Frozen lines.Load and scale ingredients (ice, minor ingredients, scrap dough) following recipe specifications.Support Mixer A responsibilities and follow all startup and shutdown procedures.Inspect ingredients and maintain proper inventory levels.Cut, separate, and feed dough into automated machinery.Record dough-processing data and verify ingredient quantities.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Work closely with Line Operators to reduce downtime.Report equipment issues to the Mixer Operator or Shift Assistant Manager.Participate in safety and production meetings.Follow all GMP, SQF, and OSHA safety standards. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.1+ year of experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in a loud, allergen-sensitive environment.Basic math and reading skills. Physical Demands & Work Environment Lift up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced, allergen-sensitive environment.Comfortable working at elevated heights.Work in hot, cold, wet, humid, and loud conditions.Exposure to moving machinery, cleaning chemicals, and elevated work areas.Required use of PPE, including safety shoes and hearing protection.
