We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive strategic revenue growth across our portfolio of large, complex enterprise customers and new logo accounts. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of executive relationships, lead transformative sales efforts, and deliver multi-million-dollar outcomes for some of the world's leading organizations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive enterprise sales expertise, strong executive presence, and the capability to position advanced cloud and AI-driven solutions that address intricate customer challenges. Role Scope & Impact: Drive revenue growth across a defined portfolio of large, complex Fortune 500 enterprise accounts, accountable for multi-million-dollar annual bookings and long-term pipeline development. Act as the primary executive relationship owner within assigned accounts (existing customers and new logos), shaping customer strategy and influencing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Enterprise Sales Experience: 10+ years of experience in direct enterprise sales, consistently closing large, complex deals ($1-5M+ ARR) with lengthy sales cycles (6-24 months). Proven ability to lead end-to-end enterprise sales pursuits, including deal strategy, executive alignment, competitive positioning, commercial structuring, and closing. Industry & Solution Expertise: Strong background in CCaaS, WEM, and CRM solution domains, with the skill to position cloud-native solutions at an enterprise level. In-depth understanding of the AI-driven CX landscape, including Agentic AI, LLMs/LAMs, Virtual Agents, and Copilots, coupled with the ability to link technology capabilities to measurable customer results. Strategic Account Leadership: Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year account strategies within complex enterprises. Capability to build and maintain C-suite and senior executive relationships, align Genesys solutions with enterprise priorities, and pursue both net-new and expansion opportunities through direct and partner-led efforts. Serve as a trusted advisor, advocating for customers while unearthing opportunities for innovation and growth. Executive Communication & Business Acumen: Strong executive presence with the ability to conduct C-level discussions, articulate Genesys' strategy and differentiation, and influence complex buying committees. Exhibit high business and technical acumen, translating customer challenges into solution architectures and business cases that support transformation initiatives. Territory & Pipeline Management: Adopt a data-driven approach to territory planning, pipeline generation, and forecasting accuracy. Analyze market dynamics, customer signals, and the competitive landscape to prioritize resources and maximize bookings. Collaboration & Team Selling: Experience leading cross-functional account teams, including solution consultants, enterprise architects, customer success, professional services, partners, and executive stakeholders. Thrives in a team-selling environment, aligning diverse contributors around a unified account strategy and customer outcomes. Operating Rigor & Methodology: Disciplined in employing enterprise sales methodologies, such as MEDDPIC, to qualify opportunities, manage risks, and drive predictable outcomes. Maintain high attention to detail, operational rigor, and accountability in deal execution. Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary with a projected base compensation range listed below. Salaries may vary based on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
