Our headquarters is located in Lexington, Massachusetts, a hub of healthcare research in a historic town. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with Regional Managers to formulate a strategic calling plan for optimal territory coverage and sales. Identify and cultivate new customer relationships within the hospital and private outpatient markets for equipment and service contract sales. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities. Partner with the Hospital Relations Manager and National Accounts to develop engagement strategies within hospital chains, IDNs, GPOs, and Military Centers. Assist Sales Administration in generating quotes for new sales. Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations alongside Product Managers for prospective clients. Collaborate with Ultrasound Marketing to create impactful business plans and market assessments for customer presentations. Continuously enhance your knowledge of Fujifilm ultrasound products and services. Provide timely feedback on competitive products, pricing, and evolving market trends. Maintain accurate records of all account interactions and prospects in the CRM system. Support accounts receivable collection efforts, service contract renewals, and resolution of product performance issues. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements. Attend RSNA and local industry trade shows to generate leads and forge new relationships. Adhere to U.S. FDA regulations and applicable laws pertaining to medical devices. Ensure fulfillment of vendor credentialing requirements to access hospitals and perform job duties. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 4 years of sales experience within the hospital sector, preferably in diagnostic imaging equipment sales in the surgical domain. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Special Skills: Strong ability to meet customer needs through effective product sales, showcasing excellent presentation skills. Exceptional communication skills across all levels, including C-Level executives, Radiology Managers, Radiologists, and Technicians. Aptitude for cultivating long-term business relationships and exceptional listening skills. Ability to structure sales approaches that align with customer requirements and swiftly resolve issues. Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized. Passionate about success and fostering teamwork to deliver outstanding customer service. Ability to maintain and manage essential reports, such as call tracking and expense reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Access to a late model vehicle for business purposes, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Physical Requirements: Typical office and clinical work conditions. Able to safely operate a commercial van. Able to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted and maneuver ultrasound systems weighing up to 350 pounds. Frequent sitting, talking, and listening; manual dexterity for operating technology. Occasionally required to stand, walk, or perform physical tasks. Visual requirements include close and distance vision capabilities. Ability to utilize personal, public, and air transportation as necessary. Travel Requirements: Frequent travel (up to 75%) is expected, covering the full territory including the San Francisco region.
