THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING A national, multi-site enterprise operating approximately 450 distributed locations A forward-thinking Infrastructure & Operational Solutions organization focused on modernization and operational resilience Executive leadership committed to optimizing enterprise connectivity, cost structure, and vendor performance An environment undergoing network transformation, consolidation, and service quality improvement initiatives WHAT THEY OFFER YOU Direct reporting line to the Vice President of Operational & Infrastructure Solutions Enterprise-wide ownership of telecommunications strategy and vendor governance Opportunity to lead cost optimization and modernization initiatives at scale Executive visibility and influence across IT, Finance, and Operations LOCATION Hybrid, Fort Mill, SC WHAT YOU WILL DO Enterprise Telecommunications Leadership Own the performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of all internet, telephony, and mobile services across 450 locations Serve as the executive escalation point for connectivity performance and vendor service issues Ensure SLA adherence and operational continuity across all sites Strategic Vendor & Contract Management Lead strategic relationships with ISPs, telephony providers, and mobile carriers Drive contract negotiations, renewals, and consolidation efforts to optimize cost and service delivery Establish governance structures to ensure vendor accountability and billing accuracy Financial & Operational Oversight Manage telecommunications budgets, forecasting, and expense optimization strategies Provide executive visibility into network performance, cost drivers, and risk exposure Align network services with business growth initiatives, including new site openings and operational changes Modernization & Continuous Improvement Lead initiatives to enhance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency Support enterprise network modernization efforts including SD-WAN, LTE redundancy, and service consolidation Establish standardized processes for tracking performance, resolving issues, and improving vendor quality HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY 5+ years of telecommunications or infrastructure operations leadership experience Proven success managing ISP, telephony, and mobile vendors at enterprise scale Strong experience negotiating contracts and enforcing SLAs Experience supporting highly distributed, multi-location environments Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver cost control initiatives Executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership skills Preferred Experience in multi-site retail, franchise, or field services environments Prior experience leading telecom consolidation or TEM initiatives #LI-HW1
