In this role, you'll focus on enhancing Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Configure Price & Quote (CPQ), Accounts Receivables, and Global Order Promising to address complex customer requirements. Your creative problem-solving skills and technical knowledge will be essential in helping clients navigate unique challenges and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within their constraints. You will also support teams in designing applications and facilitate quarterly update testing, helping our organization to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Key Responsibilities Independently manage complex tasks and deliverables, demonstrating sound judgment and technical expertise. Design and implement integrated Oracle solutions tailored to client needs while adhering to best practices. Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project outcomes. Guide solution design and execution, mentoring team members to foster professional growth. Engage with client management and stakeholders to understand their business challenges and present targeted solutions. Drive business development initiatives by identifying client needs and offering strategic Oracle solutions. Create detailed solution architectures and oversee the effective delivery of projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 10+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications, including Oracle Order Management, Pricing, CPQ, Accounts Receivables, and Global Order Promising (involvement in gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, designing demonstrations, and leading UAT and SIT). Strong communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 60-70% of the time. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa or work permit sponsorship. Salary Range: The hiring range in USD is from $95,000 to $199,500 per annum. Candidates may be eligible for bonus and equity.
