Class A Regional Truck Driver - Entry-Level CDL Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is eager to welcome Class A Regional Truck Drivers, including CDL graduates! We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment and offer competitive weekly pay ranging from $1200 to $1400. In this position, you will safely transport freight across the designated Western 11 Regional, while operating 53' Refrigerated Trailers. Transport within the 11 Western Regional lanes. All freight is 100% No Touch Reefer. New drivers will undergo 4-6 weeks of training OTR with an experienced trainer before driving independently, provided they have less than 6 months of experience. Enjoy bi-weekly home time with a mandatory 34-hour reset. Drivers must be flexible to work both day and night shifts. Averaging 1800-2200 miles per week. Requirements Completion of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL. A relatively clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years is required. No terminations from previous jobs for any reason. No DUI offenses, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years. Must demonstrate a solid 10-year work history with minimal gaps outside of school or training, including 6 months in the last year and a year in the last 3 years max. Ability to pass both a Urine and Hair pre-employment drug screening. Benefits Earn between $1200 and $1300 weekly. Compensation of $0.51 per mile. Training pay of $650+ per week (for 4-6 weeks) for those with less than 6 months of experience. $15 payment per stop. Monthly bonuses available.
