Position Overview: Join Norstella as a Lead Analyst in RWD Support and Delivery, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient access to life-saving therapies by optimizing our real-world data (RWD) operations. What You'll Do: Act as the primary contact for RWD inquiries, guiding users on data access, tools, and processes. Manage support requests and troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless communication across technical teams when escalation is required. Set clear expectations for data availability, completeness, and limitations of various RWD sources. Document all client interactions meticulously for enhanced continuity across projects. Collaborate with training team members to maintain up-to-date user documentation and FAQs. Delivery Coordination: Oversee RWD delivery workflows, coordinating with data engineering, clinical, product, and compliance teams to streamline operations. Implement quality assurance processes to validate data accuracy and completeness. Proactively identify and address data anomalies, ensuring adherence to standards of consistency and readiness for audit. Maintain delivery timelines and manage resource allocation effectively across simultaneous projects. Contribute to the development and optimization of operational playbooks to enhance efficiency. Process Improvement: Adapt operational plans dynamically to resolve challenges and commitments across projects. Identify opportunities for enhancing processes through automation and best practices. Monitor key performance metrics and contribute to insightful reporting efforts. Engage in post-project evaluations to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Master's or PhD in life sciences or related fields. 5-7 years of experience in outcomes research, health economics, or consulting within the life sciences sector. 2+ years of leadership or project management experience. Proficiency in multiple data analysis tools, including SQL. Familiarity with real-world data sources and delivery workflows. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards is an advantage. Success Indicators: Consistent delivery of accurate and timely data with minimal quality issues. Effective operational coordination driving reliable project throughput. Clear communication that fosters team alignment and reduces errors. Documented contributions to process improvements and operational efficiency.
