The NAAC Delivery Excellence team is pivotal to our goal of delivering consistent, scalable, and standards-driven projects that create measurable value for our customers. The Portfolio Management group is integral to this mission, led by specialized Portfolio Directors who ensure our project delivery aligns with Oracle's leading practices, positioning us for success. The Delivery Excellence organization is thrilled to announce an opening for a Portfolio Manager to drive meaningful change. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing a diverse portfolio of projects within one of the following industries: Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, Services, Higher Education, or Public Sector. What You'll Do: Lead with energy and expertise: Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects in your industry to meet project, quality, and financial goals. Champion Delivery Excellence: Encourage collaboration and drive results among Project Managers and Delivery Leaders. Set the standard for innovative leadership: Promote continuous improvement and share a unified vision with other portfolio leaders. Grow and develop talent: Engage in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring exceptional professionals in your portfolio's team. Engage stakeholders: Work closely with practice leaders, sales teams, and clients to outline and achieve strategic project outcomes. Oversee execution: Ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects and programs according to organizational best practices. Monitor and report on project financial performance: Track budgets, forecasts, costs, and financial metrics within your portfolio, ensuring precise reporting and prompt action on variances. Drive performance: Provide regular updates on portfolio performance, identify risks, and ensure the delivery of quality outcomes for clients in your industry. Ensure compliance: Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. Who You Are: A strategic and inspiring leader with a strong passion for excellence and innovation in project portfolio management. Experience leading project and program management in a consulting environment or related field. A proven track record of delivering results, managing complex project portfolios, and influencing teams in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment. Skilled at building and developing high-performing teams through effective coaching and leadership. Strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management abilities. Qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle solutions. In-depth understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS best practices with the ability to apply them strategically. A minimum of 15 years in project, portfolio, and delivery management with a proven record of high-quality outcomes. Preferred expertise in a specific industry vertical. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred. PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or another professional PM certification is strongly preferred. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Oracle Primavera, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Why Join the Team? Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations. The hiring range for this position is $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. Candidates are typically placed in the range based on these factors and internal equity.
