Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse in Wound Care, you'll provide top-notch, patient-centered care aligned with established standards. You will work closely with medical providers to deliver customized care while acting as a patient advocate. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough assessments of patient conditions upon admission and during each shift to identify changes requiring attention. Performing medical procedures and monitoring patient conditions per physician orders, maintaining accurate documentation. Administering medications and observing patient responses, taking necessary actions in case of adverse effects. Enhancing patient understanding by educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.
