What You'll Do: Lead and manage the estimating department to deliver competitive and profitable project bids. Generate precise cost estimates for significant commercial and industrial electrical projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to assess scope and risks. Oversee preconstruction activities while collaborating closely with project management and field teams. Establish and nurture strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients. Enhance estimating processes, tools, and best practices regularly. Mentor and guide junior estimators to build a stronger team. What We're Looking For: 10+ years of experience in electrical estimating, especially with large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, construction methodologies, and industry pricing. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with proficiency in team management and cross-functional collaboration. Strong expertise in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
