The Senior Clinical Pharmacy Consultant plays a crucial role, working closely with cross-functional leaders to blend clinical knowledge with targeted health outcomes. In this dynamic position, you will tackle moderately complex to complex challenges, utilizing thorough analysis of situations and data to inform your decisions. In this role, you will apply financial and data-driven strategies to create impactful value propositions that guide long-term decision-making. Your ability to distill complex information from various sources will be essential, as you clearly communicate a data-driven narrative tailored for executive audiences. Collaboration across multiple departments will be key as you execute strategies and influence departmental directions. You will have considerable independence in making decisions on complex issues and determining effective approaches to achieve objectives. Leverage your expertise for a lasting impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of technical healthcare experience Strong analytical skills Proficient in leveraging data to identify issues and enhance operational efficiency Demonstrated ability to facilitate and consult effectively across teams, in addition to project management skills Track record of successfully implementing projects and achieving business goals Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Dedicated to improving consumer experiences within the organization Preferred Qualifications Experience with pharmacy and health benefits, Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Metrics, Process Documentation, and PowerApps is a plus. This position is remote with occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate for starting base pay for full-time employment (40 hours per week) at the time of posting, varying based on geographical location, individual skills, experience, education, and certifications. $86,300 - $118,700 per year This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
