COMPENSATION PACKAGE Weekly Pay: Full-time drivers can earn between $922.36 - $1,719.60 per week Annual Pay: Earnings range from $47,944.00 to $89,388.00 per year Pay varies based on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service. Accessorial compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. The flatbed regional driver rate is between $.51 - $.79 per mile, depending on experience. We understand that changing jobs can be challenging; that's why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package. This includes $1,000 for your orientation during the first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the details. HOME TIME You will be home for the weekend, with home time varying by division. This opportunity is specifically for Division 272. PET & GUEST RIDER POLICY While pets are not allowed, riders aged 7 and up are welcome after 90 days of safe driving. HIRING QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid Class A CDL Must be 21 years or older 4+ months of driving experience required Safe driving record No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years Preferred: 1-year truck driving experience (not necessary) A background check is required A clean drug test is required A clean Clearinghouse result is mandatory For flatbed opportunities, candidates must be able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.
