Customer Service and Sales Associate Position Overview: Join our team at Home Depot as a Customer Service and Sales Associate! In this dynamic role, you'll provide prompt, friendly assistance to customers, helping to understand their needs and recommend products to complete their projects. Key Responsibilities: Actively greet and engage customers to identify their needs. Utilize Home Depot tools to enhance product knowledge and effectively inform customers. Assist customers through the entire shopping experience, from recommendations to closing sales. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in your designated areas. Collaborate with Department Supervisors and team members across various departments. Adhere to all safety policies and complete necessary safety training. Correct any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately or report them to the Manager on Duty. Department Opportunities: You may find yourself working in various departments including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. Position types can include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
