Join Our Dynamic Team as a Senior Technical Analyst! We are seeking an accomplished Technical Analyst to partner with project managers and drive the success of our initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that leadership meets project specifications, timelines, and budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with project managers on various initiatives, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment. Assist leadership in delivering projects within set timelines and budgetary constraints. Develop and maintain comprehensive work plan documents in collaboration with management and teams. Efficiently track project status and upcoming deadlines. Nurture relationships with project staff to facilitate smooth operations. Create detailed weekly and monthly status reports with key metrics, including work plan status and resource utilization. Lead regular meetings to uphold clear and effective communication. Ensure compliance with contract stipulations and corporate policies. Job-Specific Duties: Carry out tasks independently under the guidance of your manager and project leads. Analyze project documentation and provide constructive feedback on technical and business topics. Engage in client meetings to offer valuable insights and observations. Identify potential risk areas and proactively report them to management for timely action. Review project documents for consistency and identify any gaps. Assist in gathering information during interviews and focus groups for project deliverables. Participate in project meetings with clients and stakeholders as necessary. Adhere to Maximus standards and procedures in all aspects of project work. Support team efforts to fulfill project responsibilities in alignment with project schedules. Take on additional tasks as assigned by the project manager. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 7-10 years of pertinent experience. Consideration will be given to equivalent education and experience. Specific Requirements: Availability during standard client business hours, with the potential for after-hours work when necessary. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience. Over 8 years of experience in progressive technical roles. At least 3 years in large Health & Human Services system modernization projects. Familiarity with diverse programming languages and mainframe technologies. Understanding of multiple operating systems, AI tools, and database management systems. Strong knowledge of cloud computing and software development methodologies. Proficient in desktop applications, including the MS Office Suite. Exceptional ability to convey complex technical subjects in easily understandable terms to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills are essential for teamwork. Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. Compensation: Minimum Salary: $120,000 - Maximum Salary: $140,000. Maximus values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
