Rubrik Cloud Data Management is a holistic solution that oversees all application data across cloud environments, at the edge, and on-premises. It combines backup, recovery, archival, analytics, development, and seamless integration with leading public cloud providers. Our collaboration with the world’s leading Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) aims to yield successful and profitable outcomes. As a Senior GSI Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building services, driving service pipelines, and facilitating strong enablement within select Global Systems Integrators. The ideal candidate will possess experience in service creation, revenue modeling, technical proposal authoring, and demonstrate expertise in managing the technical facets of global partnerships. A sound understanding of business dynamics, coupled with high technical proficiency in areas like storage, virtualization, and Windows/Linux management is essential. Familiarity with SD-WAN and scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell will be advantageous. You will lead by example, cultivate open communication, and encourage a positive, collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Establish and nurture successful partnerships with Global GSIs to create and implement services. Offer technical guidance and leadership to partners and colleagues in crafting integrated technology solutions. Design architectures for complex infrastructures, focusing on virtualization, high-availability applications, distributed systems, RDBMS, disaster recovery, public cloud, and security. Serve as a trusted technology advisor, delivering technical and sales solutions to partners' technical teams and senior leadership. Develop exemplary relationships to ensure mutual value with partners and the sales team. Preferred Qualifications: 7-8+ years of sales engineering experience, preferably in a software or data center environment. Strong drive for success, energetic approach, and a proactive mindset. Entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated work ethic, resourcefulness, and a focus on achieving results. Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks. Strong business acumen with experience engaging CxO-level individuals to address complex business challenges using technological solutions. The position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $162,000-$175,000 for select US offices and $150,000-$165,000 for other US locations or remote work.
