What You'll Experience The Monogram Robotics Specialist (MRS) is a marketing and education role focused on training and promoting the Monogram robotic system. MRSs serve as experts and educators, enhancing knowledge and delivering high-quality demonstrations externally. The MRS role supports education across multiple Zimmer Biomet functions, including Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Medical Education, ensuring that all parties have access to top-notch robotic knowledge. Externally, the MRS represents Monogram at congresses, workshops, and medical education programs, influencing perceptions and excitement about the robotic platform. Key Responsibilities Expertise in Robotic Platform Act as a subject matter expert for the Monogram robotic platform, understanding its functionality, workflows, and application concepts. Stay updated on robotic-assisted surgery, the competitive landscape, and changing standards to provide accurate and compliant education. Gather and provide structured feedback to Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and R&D teams. Training & Enablement Deliver education and training sessions for both internal teams and external stakeholders, including surgeons and hospital staff. Contribute to curriculum development and execute training programs as directed by the MRS Manager and Marketing team. Support initiatives to enhance the distribution of robotic knowledge. Event Representation Represent Monogram robotics at national and regional congresses and medical education courses. Deliver engaging demonstrations that highlight the Monogram system’s benefits and features. Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications to ensure a unified brand message. New Application Launch Support Work closely with R&D on new applications and lead training for these initiatives. Prepare educational content to support new product launches and ensure readiness in the market. What Sets You Apart Delivery of Education & Training Effective Technical & Clinical Communication Expertise with the Monogram Platform Strong Presence with Customers/Surgeons Ability to Collaborate Across Functions Championship of the Brand Your Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience. Experience with medical devices, surgical robotics, or clinical technology is essential. Prior experience educating healthcare professionals or surgeons is necessary. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) is required. Preferred Qualifications: Background in clinical support, medical education, or technical training. Experience with orthopedic procedures (such as knee or hip) is desired. Experience supporting product launches in the field is a plus. Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with team goals. Compensation Range $71,000 - $89,000 USD Annual EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
