Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted calling strategies with Zone Directors to enhance territory coverage and drive sales. Identify and engage new customers in health systems, hospitals, and outpatient markets to sell equipment and service contracts. Foster strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional sales of products and services. Collaborate with health systems to strategize effective hospital selling approaches. Generate quotes for new equipment and service contracts in conjunction with Sales Operations. Partner with Product Specialists to deliver product demonstrations and clinical presentations. Work with the Marketing Department to craft impactful business plans and market assessments. Continuously enhance your product knowledge and technical understanding of Fujifilm offerings. Provide timely feedback on competitive products, pricing, and market trends. Maintain accurate reporting of customer interactions and activities using our CRM system, collaborating with the Field Sales Coordinator. Assist with invoices, service contract renewals, and resolution of product-related issues. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements. Participate in trade shows and conventions, like RSNA, to develop new leads and relationships. Adhere to FDA medical device regulatory requirements and applicable industry standards. Comply with vendor credentialing requirements for hospital access. Qualifications Experience: 4+ years of sales experience preferred. Educational Requirements: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field is required. Special Skills and Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven sales skills with a focus on customer needs and excellent presentation abilities. Strong communication skills at all organizational levels including C-Level executives and technical staff. Ability to build long-term relationships and collaborate across departments. Successful at managing multiple projects and maintaining organization. Driven to succeed and promote teamwork to enhance customer satisfaction. Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Physical Requirements: Standard office and healthcare working environment. Ability to sit, talk, and hear clearly; capable of using office and clinical equipment. Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be necessary. Travel: Travel up to 100% is expected based on business needs within Texas.
