About All Star Elite All Star Elite is a growing streetwear brand pushing the boundaries of fashion and culture. We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy Digital Content Manager who can blend AI-powered content creation with authentic social media strategy to elevate our brand presence. The Role We need someone who can create high-volume, on-brand content using cutting-edge AI tools while managing our social media presence and building relationships with influencers in the streetwear community. You'll be the driving force behind our digital identity-creating content that resonates, engages, and converts. What You'll Do Create bulk content using AI tools (Higgsfield, Nanobanana, and similar platforms) for social media, ads, and campaigns Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Manage day-to-day social media: posting, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to DMs/comments Research, identify, and reach out to influencers and content creators for collaborations and partnerships Monitor trends in streetwear culture and social media to keep our content fresh and relevant Design and edit visual content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with our brand aesthetic Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on engagement and conversion data Coordinate influencer gifting, partnerships, and user-generated content campaigns Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and social media features to keep us innovative Who You Are Experienced with AI content creation tools (Higgsfield, Nanobanana, or similar) Deep understanding of streetwear culture, aesthetics, and community Strong visual eye and ability to maintain brand consistency across all content Comfortable with high-volume content creation and repurposing Experience with influencer outreach and relationship building Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy Self-starter who can work independently and move fast Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok algorithms and best practices Bonus: Experience with graphic design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing Requirements Examples of AI-generated content you've created Understanding of paid social ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus Familiarity with social media management What We Offer Health, Vision, Dental, 401 K Full-Time On site Creative freedom to experiment and innovate Opportunity to shape a growing streetwear brand's digital presence To Apply upload your resume, portfolio, and a brief note about why you're the right fit for All Star Elite on Indeed and Zip Recruiter.
