The Premier Account Coordinator is crucial in delivering dedicated billing support to our top-tier accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, resolving any discrepancies, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This position requires a meticulous professional with advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage complex billing requirements while nurturing robust relationships with Strategic Account Managers and clients. You Will Contribute: Billing & Invoicing: Manage billing processes for premier accounts, ensuring invoices are precise, complete, and compliant with contract terms. Review and validate billing data, inclusive of contract pricing and adjustments. Guarantee timely generation of invoices. Revenue Share & Reimbursements: Oversee revenue share reimbursements to clients, ensuring accurate calculations and prompt payments. Confirm revenue share setup aligns with contractual agreements. Account Management & Client Support: Serve as the primary billing point of contact for premier accounts, resolving inquiries and billing-related issues. Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless billing processes and high client satisfaction. Provide proactive support by identifying potential billing issues and recommending effective solutions. Contract Governance & Compliance: Ensure billing and revenue share practices comply with contractual terms and company policies. Review and analyze contracts to verify correct pricing and billing methods. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with Accounts Payable to monitor payment statuses and resolve outstanding reimbursements. Engage with Sales, Strategic Account Managers, Legal, and Operations to rectify client account discrepancies and ensure billing aligns with contracts. Process Improvement & Reporting: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost billing efficiency and accuracy. Generate and analyze billing reports to monitor trends, pinpoint discrepancies, and aid in decision-making. Collaborate with IT teams to address system issues impacting billing data and workflow efficiency. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 5+ years of billing or finance experience, ideally in support of complex or high-profile accounts. Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with billing systems, ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite), and Salesforce. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong customer service orientation with a talent for managing high-priority accounts effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with key accounts in a corporate environment. Familiarity with healthcare billing, revenue share reimbursements, and contract pricing. Experience working collaboratively with AP, Finance, and IT teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines. This position is pivotal in ensuring premier accounts receive excellent billing support, handling revenue share reimbursements, maintaining contract compliance, and facilitating collaboration across departments to resolve account-related issues swiftly. The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is: $68,000-$75,000 USD.
