Join our dynamic team as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the school year! We are seeking two dedicated SLPs to assist preschool children with their speech and language needs. The position is from 8am to 4pm, with a caseload of up to 50 students. Hourly Rate Range: $46.00-$58.00 per hour. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments to determine student needs. Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and tailored therapy plans. Providing direct speech-language therapy services in various settings, including one-on-one, small groups, and classroom environments. Addressing challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive/expressive language, as well as social communication skills. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and special education teams to foster student progress. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with Ohio Department of Education (ODE) and IDEA guidelines. Participating in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions. Training and supporting teachers and staff on effective speech-language strategies and necessary classroom accommodations. Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology License. Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License for SLPs (mandatory for school positions). Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
