Your Role: As a Seasonal, Experienced Tax Professional, you will be pivotal in helping clients make confident decisions regarding their financial and tax matters. Your relationships with clients will deepen with each passing year. Conduct engaging tax interviews: Interact with clients face-to-face and through virtual platforms like video, phone, and chat. Prepare accurate tax returns: Deliver complete and precise tax return services tailored to diverse client needs. Drive business growth: Enhance client retention and introduce additional products and services to meet customer needs. Provide IRS support: Assist clients with tax notices and documentation. Mentorship: Guide and support your teammates, sharing your knowledge and expertise. Expertise Building: Engage in advanced tax training to sharpen your skills and stay updated. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. CPA or Enrolled Agent certification. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax services. Experience preparing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership). Comfortable with conducting virtual tax interviews. Knowledge of tax planning and audit support.
