Position OverviewResponsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Performs preventive maintenance using a CMMS system and supports continuous improvement efforts. Must work safely, independently, and with attention to detail. Works 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with occasional overtime and call-in as neededWhat you'll doPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systemsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtimeUse CMMS to manage and complete maintenance work ordersFollow all safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediatelyRead and interpret blueprints, manuals, and part catalogs for accurate repairsSupport bi-annual facility shutdowns and occasional call-in maintenance needsParticipate in lean/process improvement initiatives and suggest improvementsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentAll other duties as assignedWho you areHigh school diploma or GED required; technical school training or 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferredSkilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshootingProficient in using hand and power toolsAble to read and interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogsExperienced with CMMS or similar maintenance management systemsStrong safety awareness and commitment to following protocolsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyEffective communicator and team playerPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing frequent bending, squatting, and walkingComfortable working in noisy, hot, cold, or dusty manufacturing environmentsNormal schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per weekOvertime and call-in work may be requiredWhat's in it for you?Annual base salary range: $30 hourlyGenerous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disabilityA company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growthTime off with pay401(k) plan with a degree of employer matchingPaid parental leaveWellness programs and product discountsPlease note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate's education, experience, skills and potential.Hunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
