Job Description:Represent clients in a wide range of civil defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability, construction, and insurance disputesManage all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and appealConduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearancesDraft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responsesProvide clients with proactive risk assessment, strategic advice, and clear communicationCollaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient and effective representation Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive Texas bar license in good standing3+ years of civil defense litigation experience preferredStrong research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentTrial experience is a plus but not required Interested in hearing more?
