Quarry Loader Operator

What You'll Be Doing * Operate loaders and related equipment to move, load, and stockpile materials safely and efficiently. * Perform routine equipment checks to ensure safe operation and report maintenance needs promptly. * Maintain clean, organized work areas to support consistent production flow. * Collaborate with team members and follow all site safety procedures and guidelines. * Assist with general quarry tasks as needed to support daily operations. What Are We Looking For * Ability to safely operate heavy equipment with strong situational awareness. * Commitment to safety practices and adherence to established procedures. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Capability to perform physical tasks and work in variable outdoor conditions. * Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work priorities. Conditions of Employment * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
