Who We Seek A Day Residential Supervisor is an individual who has direct care responsibility on his/her assigned shift but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator. Responsibilities Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule. Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator. Supervision of assigned direct care staff. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity Bachelor's Degree preferred in related Human Service Field One year minimum residential experience Shifts 40 Hours, Day position Who We Are RFK Community Alliance provides high-quality care and support to people and families facing complicated challenges.
