Job Summary: Digital Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Software & Electronics Development Engineer I for their Tester Development Team. This entry-level role involves supporting the development, testing, and debugging of software and electronic hardware used in control systems for the semiconductor and electronics industries. Responsibilities: • supporting the development, testing, and debugging of software and electronic hardware used in control systems for the semiconductor and electronics industries • assists with software development and validation • hardware setup and configuration • execution of test software • data collection and analysis • documentation of results • supports debugging efforts • writes or modifies basic scripts and test utilities • participates in software integration and system testing under supervision • working with computer hardware, peripheral devices, test equipment, and electronic documentation such as schematics and PCB/PCBA drawings • collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-tech manufacturing environment Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical field • 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or academic project work • Foundational understanding of C/C++ and Python programming • Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code • Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) • Exposure to scripting or test automation tools • Working knowledge of computer hardware, peripheral devices, and basic communication interfaces • Understanding of basic electronics and circuit fundamentals • Ability to follow defined procedures, document results, and troubleshoot technical issues • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills Company: Digital Dynamics, Inc.
