Bookkeeper

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Bookkeeper on behalf of our client, a well-established organization based in Corte Madera, California. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with benefits. The role is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team environment supporting daily accounting and payroll operations. This position will report directly to the Director of Client Services and will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll processes, and assisting with general bookkeeping functions. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online Process and support payroll activities; experience with SurePay preferred Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reporting as needed Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure data accuracy within accounting systems Collaborate with internal staff to support day-to-day accounting operations Qualifications Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks Online (required) Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience Payroll experience required; SurePay experience preferred Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a pay rate of $38/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package!
