El Segundo, CA | On-site Opportunity Summary A rapidly growing advanced manufacturing startup is seeking an Aerospace and Defense Program Manager to help lead the execution of critical programs spanning both aerospace components and defense systems. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and business leadership, ensuring complex hardware programs move efficiently from development through qualification and into production. You will play a central role in coordinating engineering teams, managing program milestones, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The ideal candidate brings an engineering foundation along with several years of program or project leadership experience, ideally within aerospace or defense environments. This position is well suited for someone who began their career in engineering and is increasingly drawn toward the business and execution side of complex technical programs You may initially support both aerospace component programs and large caliber defense systems, with the opportunity over time to specialize more deeply in a product area or expand into broader operational and business leadership responsibilities.
